Varun Dhawan's reveals his diet food menu

Varun Dhawan recently indulged in a fun Ask Me Anything session on Instagram and answered fan questions, revealing some interesting details. When the ‘Diwale’ actor was asked about his diet, Varun shared, “I try to do an intermittent fasting for 14-16 hours. Start with coffee, then egg white omlet/oats, veggies and chicken, Makhana and lots of water and fast&up reload.”
