Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra has been in the news of late after he was arrested by the Mumbai Police in a porn racket case. Actor Gehana Vasisth who was also accused of being a part of the racket recently slammed actor Sherlyn Chopra for taking a dig at Shilpa Shetty and dubbed it as a publicity stunt. Gehana also said that Sherlyn should ‘worship’ Raj Kundra for helping her earn a lot of money.
Gehana, who is known for her role in the ALTBalaji series Gandii Baat is out on bail in the porn racket case. Kundra was released on bail earlier this month after spending two months in judicial custody.
Talking to a daily, Gehana said that Sherlyn is trying to stay in the news by making personal comments about Shilpa. She also said that Sherlyn is doing this so that she does not come across as an accused in the case.
Gehana further said that Sherlyn has earned a lot of money because of Raj Kundra and should not only be thankful to him but should ‘worship’ him. She said that whatever Sherlyn is today is because of Kundra.
Gehana claimed that it was Sherlyn who dragged Kundra into making bold content. She said that Sherlyn and Raj met two-and-a-half years ago while she was making porn and other sleazy content since 2012.
Sherlyn has been taking digs at Shilpa through her Twitter account. Recently she said that it is 'very easy to do sashtang dandvat pranams' and talk about Rani Laxmibai on stage. She was referring to Shilpa's actions on Super Dancer 4 where she is a judge.
When Shilpa had claimed that she was not aware of what Raj Kundra was up to, Sherlyn had said in a video, "According to some reports, didi is saying that she was not aware of the nefarious activities of her husband. Didi is also saying that she doesn’t know about the movable and immovable assets of her husband. How true is this statement, you guys can understand yourselves."
