Janhvi Kapoor gives workout motivation with her new video

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor works out hard to burn off those calories. She has been photographed outside gyms countless times and is well-known for her commitment to a fit and healthy lifestyle. She's been seen practicing a variety of workouts, including Pilates, yoga, and animal flow, to keep an active lifestyle and stay stunning on and off-screen.

In a new video, Janhvi begins her day by performing a heavy barbell back squat while keeping a strong posture. She then moves on to glute leg lifts, which help to strengthen the glute ina muscles and give the back a firmer form.

Janhvi, who was wearing a pink tank top and dark grey leggings, looked lovely and wowed her fans on social media. She concentrated on her lower body conditioning for most of her workout sessions. She then moved on to another activity, performing single-leg hip thrusts with a heavy kettlebell before switching to lunges with the help of her trainer.

Within hours of being posted, the video had a lot of likes and comments, and it offered individuals some serious fitness ambitions.

Janhvi had previously made headlines after a video of her working out in time with fellow actor and pal Sara Ali Khan went viral. Sara uploaded the video last year, which showed the two doing a hard exercise together in the presence of their trainer Namrata Purohit.
