Janhvi Kapoor pens a note on mother Sridevi’s death anniversary- “I hate that another year has been added to a life without you”

It's been four years since we lost actor Sridevi. Today, on her death anniversary, her daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor took to their Instagram feed to share emotional posts remembering their mother. Sridevi passed away in Dubai in 2018 due to accidental drowning. Janhvi took to her Instagram feed and shared a photo from her childhood with Sridevi.

Sharing the adorable picture, she wrote, "I’ve still lived more years with you in my life than without. But I hate that another year has been added to a life without you. I hope we make you proud mumma, because that’s the only thing that keeps us going. Love you forever.”

Khushi also shared a picture from her childhood where she is seen sitting on Sridevi's lap and posing for the camera. Along with the picture, she dropped a white heart emoji.

Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor often shares pictures of Sridevi and their time together on his Instagram feed. Boney and Sridevi got married in 1996. Their first daughter Janhvi was born in 1997 and Khushi in 2000.

Sridevi has performed in over 300 films in different Indian languages. She was a recipient of several prestigious awards. Her last release was Mom.
