The actress, in the promo, is shown sobbing in front of a camera, revealing that she is 'infertile and unable to bear children.' Payal sobbed as she explained that Sangram adores children and that they have been trying to conceive for the last 4-5 years but have been unsuccessful.  "I just want to say something. I really feel like I should have kids. But I can't get pregnant. We have been trying for 4-5 years to have kids, I tried IVF, but it didn't happen. And once a troll called me ‘baanjh' (infertile). I feel sad for Sangram because he loves kids, I can't have kids, he deserves to have his own kids," she said.

"I lose track of time when people say, 'When you become a mother...' 'I want a child as insane as you," Sangram responded. "I am unable to provide you with a child; therefore, do not marry me; instead, marry a female who is able to provide you with a child,' I stated. Payal also stated 'To all the women out there. If you are in your twenties, please freeze your eggs. If you freeze your eggs, you can have a child in your 30s or mid-30s."
