Varun Dhawan promises Manoj Pahwa that he will assist him in losing weight: 'Agle ten dino mein...'

The actor Varun Dhawan just posted a video to his Instagram Stories. Varun taped an interview with actor Manoj Pahwa on his fitness routine. Varun later promises Manoj that he will help him lose weight in ten days.

In the video, Varun asks him, "How much did you accomplish just now?" Manoj says, "Forty minutes." Varun says, "Kar toh rahe hai, roz." Manoj tells him that he works out five days a week. In response to his inability to reduce weight thus far, Varun asks, "Toh phir (Then why)?" Varun then inquires about Manoj's dietary habits. Manoj replies that he had fruits for breakfast, to which the actor says, "Fruits main nahin manta." Varun then says, "I will push you to lose weight in the next ten days."

In multiple interviews, Varun has emphasised the importance of his fitness practise. "I work out every day, no matter how tired you are," he said in an interview with Bollywood Hungama. I also try to have a good massage, ideally a sports massage. Because the mind needs to be healthy in order to function effectively. If your thinking is messed up, it will show up in your entire body. Keep a calm head and let your workout reflect the heat."

Varun was recently seen as Raju Coolie in the 2020 film Coolie No. 1. Last year, he shared the poster for his upcoming film Bhediya on social media. Dinesh Vijan produces the film, which is directed by Amar Kaushik. Varun and Kriti Sanon will star, with Janhvi Kapoor and Flora Saini reprising their roles as Roohi and Stree from the previous chapters. The film is set to be released on November 25, 2022.

Varun is now working on JugJugg Jeeyo in addition to Bhediya. The comedy-drama film is directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta. The film will also include Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and Kiara Advani, as well as Prajakta Koli and Manish Paul, in addition to Varun. The film is set to release in theatres on June 24, 2022.
