Disney+ Hotstar’s Koffee With Karan Season 7 is hosting some of the best stars from Bollywood. The duo makes viewers’ hearts hopscotch with their confessions and answering to never-before-heard conjectures. During the episode, the actress had an interesting revelation to make about the Alia Bhatt starrer Student Of The Year.

Host Karan Johar has revealed several unknown facts about Student of The Year on Koffee With Karan Season 7. From scenes that never made it to the film to the show’s iconic host and the film’s director Karan Johar revealing his doubts about the film, in the latest episode, we learn how the film had decided on the fate of yet another star, Kriti Sanon. The actress revealed that the first film she ever auditioned for was the Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan starrer Student Of The Year.

“This was right when I had started modeling. It was my career’s very first film audition,” Kriti said. While the revelation made KJo go ‘oops!’, she recalled the experience adding, “I was asked to dance to ‘Bahara’ (I Hate Luv Storys) and some scenes from Wake Up Sid (starring Ranbir Kapoor and Konkana Sen Sharma). I was horrible back then,” said the star.

She also mentioned that she was ill-prepared for the film and that she held no hard feelings toward the film’s lead, Alia Bhatt.

Koffee with Karan Season 7 will stream on Disney+ Hotstar and features some new and interesting segments this time along with the all-time favourite Rapid Fire round where the stars compete it out for the very special ‘Koffee Hamper’. For fans in the U.S., Koffee with Karan Season 7 will stream exclusively on Hulu.
