Karan Johar once again praises Pathaan; says, “The mega blockbuster success proves that excessive promotions, fear of trolling, boycott threats, just about all the myths”

Pathaan has left Karan Johar and many other Indian filmgoers speechless. The spy thriller starring Shah Rukh Khan has caught the country by storm and is playing to sold-out audiences. Following a post-Covid dip in the box office, the picture has been breaking records. Karan Johar has written yet another comment about Shah Rukh Khan's blockbuster film, Pathaan.  On Saturday, the filmmaker took to Instagram Stories and thanked everyone who collaborated on the film. He expressed his views on his Instagram Stories, “Nothing matters more than a great film. The mega blockbuster success proves that excessive promotions, fear of trolling, boycott threats, just about all the myths that we as an industry propagate or believe in is redundant when a film like PATHAAN kills all of it!!!! Old school conviction and a kick ass trailer is what we all need! So thrilled for you Adi, Sid, bhai, bhaijaan, John, DP!!!! Rooting for you till we reach that magic number.”  He also praised the music composer team Vishal-Sheykhar for the success of Pathaan songs like ‘Besharam Rang’ and ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’. Sharing a picture of the duo, Karan wrote, “Special shout out to my buddies Vishal Dadlani Shekhar Ravjiani for the blockbuster soundtrack of Pathaan! May the force of melody always be with you."  Yash Raj Film’s latest release - Pathaan, has created history at the box office with unprecedented numbers. While the film has been making and breaking records each day, Pathaan’s much celebrated party anthem Besharam Rang has made a mark on the global map and has become a massive chartbuster. The song features India’s biggest superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone have set the screen on fire with their sizzling chemistry.  Pathaan is part of Aditya Chopra’s ambitious spy universe and has the biggest superstars of the country Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in it.
