Sajid Khan predicts Pathaan will break into the Rs. 500 crores club; says, “It will be the first Hindi film that will cross 500 crores”

Pathaan, 2023's first mega blockbuster, is on a box office rampage. The film is praised for its tight script, music, scale, action, patriotism, and, of course, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham's performances. Director Sajid Khan predicts Pathaan to enter 500 crores club.  Sajid Khan told Bollywood Hungama that he assumes Pathaan will cross the mark of 500 Crores and will make a history in Hindi cinema. In the video Sajid termed the film Extraordinary. He said, “It will be the first Hindi film that will cross 500 crores.” While sharing the video on Instagram, Bollywood Hungama captioned, “Housefull director Sajid Khan predicts #Pathaan will become the first Hindi film to enter the 500 Crore club. A user commented, “by the way … Dangal is a Hindi Movie jo Cross karchuki 500 hundred Crores,” “Dangal managed 2000 crore at the box office. No one is touching that,” commented another.   Pathaan has maintained the YRF Spy Universe blockbuster tradition. For those who are unaware, the first three films in the universe - Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, and War, which were all box office smashes. The film had set two new records with its opening weekend performance: first, it was the fastest Hindi film to break the 300 crores worldwide barrier, and second, it was the first Hindi film to gross more than 300 crore on its opening weekend!  Pathaan has become a must watch theatrical entertainer which is being celebrated across the nation.
