Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan share ‘sweet 16’ wish on their wedding anniversary

One of the biggest power couples, star kid Abhishek Bachchan and former beauty queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are celebrating sixteen years of their marriage. The couple recently took to social media to share the sweetest wish for each other with a photo. Abhishek and Aishwarya, who also have several well-wishers in the industry, also received many best wishes from them on the post. For the unversed, the couple also have a daughter named Aaradhya Bachchan who recently celebrated her 11th birthday in 2022.

While Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan occasionally dedicate social media posts for each other, the couple posted the same selfie on their respective handles to commemorate their sixteenth wedding anniversary. While Junior AB captioned his post saying, “(sweet aka toffee emoji) 16 (evil eye emoji)” whereas Aishwarya said, “Sweet 16”, which was followed by several emojis.

Followed by their posts, many industry insiders too congratulated the couple on this special occasion. Riteish Deshmukh addressed the duo as brother and sister-in-law as he dropped his comment saying, “Happy happy - Vahini and Bhau”. He wished both of them individually on their post. Sonu Sood, Athiya Shetty, Esha Gupta were among the few who dropped heart emojis, showering their love on them. Kunal Kapoor, who is also related to the Bachchans, wished them.

While several reports were doing the rounds about Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan separating, the actor had taken to Twitter to clarify on it by addressing her and their daughter Aaradhya as his ‘favourite ppl’ on a fan post. Now, with the actor sharing this lovely photo on their anniversary, he once again seems to have responded to the rumours in his subtle way.
