Mahima Chaudhry says she "gets a lot of strength seeing" Emergency co-star Kangana Ranaut; praises her directorial skills 

During a recent event, Mahima Chaudhry expressed her admiration for Kangana Ranaut's directorial abilities while working on the film Emergency. When asked about her experience under Kangana's direction, Chaudhry responded, "She's not only a very phenomenal actress but also a very capable and talented director too." 

Praising Ranaut's meticulousness, she added, "She does a lot of research and is very confident. It was a very good experience working under her direction." Chaudhry further emphasized the impact Kangana had on her, stating, "I always kept telling her on the sets too that I get a lot of strength seeing her and get to learn so much from her because she's very, very good at her work." 

Prior to Chaudhry’s remarks, Kangana Ranaut had shared an update about Emergency on her Instagram story, revealing that the film has now entered the post-production stage. The upcoming movie marks Ranaut's debut as a solo director, adding another impressive dimension to her versatile career.

Emergency revolves around the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, with Kangana Ranaut essaying the titular role of the late politician. The film offers a glimpse into the controversial period of India's political history, presenting a captivating narrative that promises to engage audiences.

Besides Ranaut and Chaudhry, the ensemble star cast of the film also features  Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman, and Vishak Nair in pivotal roles. It was slated to release on October 20. However, the Queen actress decided to change the release date with Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon’s Ganapath releasing on the same day.
