Alia Bhatt reveals her first celebrity crush and it’s not Ranbir Kapoor

In a candid interview with InStyle magazine, the talented actress Alia Bhatt opened up about her very first celebrity crush. With candour and charm, she shared her admiration for none other than the iconic Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.

During the interview, Alia Bhatt was asked about her first celebrity crush, a question that often sparks curiosity and nostalgia. Without hesitation, she fondly named Shah Rukh Khan as her initial heartthrob. This revelation comes as no surprise, given the camaraderie and professional collaborations between the two talented actors.

Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan have joined forces on multiple occasions, forging a special connection both on and off the screen. Their collaborations have yielded memorable moments for fans and have solidified their mutual respect and admiration.

Alia and SRK's cinematic journey together began with their appearance in Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi, a film that resonated with audiences for its insightful storytelling and engaging performances. King Khan also made a captivating special appearance in Alia and Ranbir Kapoor's highly anticipated film Brahmastra, further cementing their on-screen chemistry.

Alia Bhatt was recently seen in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The film released in theatres on July 28, 2023, and received rave reviews from critics. She was also seen in her Hollywood debut Heart of Stones. In her pipeline, she has director Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra.

Talking about Shah Rukh’s recent film, Jawan, it is a Red Chillies Entertainment production directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film made its grand release on September 7, 2023, captivating audiences in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Interestingly though, Jawan which has managed to capture the audiences’ attention, is still going strong in theatres. In fact, with little to no competition, the business of the film is more than likely to near the Rs. 550 crores mark at the box office by the end of its third week running.
