Kriti Sanon glows in a pristine white saree as she wins a National Award for her outstanding performance in Mimi

The 69th National Film Awards display was a spectacle in every sense of the word. One name jumped out among the many exceptional performers, gleaming brightly on the cinematic horizon: Kriti Sanon. The stunning actress, who is renowned for her ability to play a variety of roles and unmistakable charisma, received the prestigious National Award in recognition of her exceptional performance in the highly acclaimed movie Mimi. Since its release, Mimi, a touching story that skilfully weaves together societal themes with humour and emotion, has received high praise from critics. Mimi, a young woman who becomes a surrogate mother, was perfectly portrayed by Kriti Sanon.

The news of Kriti Sanon's win spread enthusiasm among her fans and the movie industry as a whole. Sukriti Grover, Kriti's personal stylist, surprised the actress's followers on Instagram on Tuesday by posting a number of images. Kriti served as the inspiration for renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra's gorgeous outfit, donning a magnificent dual-toned saree. Her saree has pink and blue vertical stripes at the bottom, a border with golden embroidery, and an all-over pattern of an Indian design. She tastefully matched it with a white blouse that was elbow-length. She accessorised her elegant look with a pair of oversized gold statement earrings, bangles adorning her wrists and a pair of white pearl-studded juttis. Kriti went for a nude eye shadow, winged eyeliner, mascaraed lashes, darkened eyebrows, contoured cheeks and a nude lip colour. A little green bindi perfectly completed the look. Kriti styled her lush locks into a neat bun in the middle partition and adorned it with a white flower gajra.
