Following the remarkable triumph of the Indian cricket team, Amitabh Bachchan took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a lighthearted remark. In his tweet, the iconic actor wrote, "when I don't watch, we WIN!"

The playful comment sparked a humorous twist, leaving Amitabh Bachchan contemplating whether his viewing decisions could impact the outcome of the World Cup Finals scheduled for Sunday, November 19. While the seasoned actor hasn't explicitly mentioned the World Cup, the context of his previous tweet indicated a playful connection to the cricket event.

On the work front, Bachchan was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai last year, which also starred Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa and Parineeti Chopra. He has Kalki 2898 AD helmed by Nag Ashwin lined up. It's a sci-fi film that also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. The film is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu. Bachchan will also soon feature in Ribhu Dasgupta’s Section 84. Recently, it was also revealed that Amitabh Bachchan will be part of Rajinikanth's upcoming project, Thalaivar 170. In addition to Rajinikanth, the cast of the film includes Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, Rana Daggubati, and Fahadh Faasil.
