Opting for an unconventional destination wedding in Rajasthan, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare decided to host some interesting pre-wedding festivities before they sealed the deal. The couple, who had already registered their marriage in Mumbai, took off to the picturesque state of palaces to celebrate their union further with close friends and family. Amid a cocktail dinner, mehendi, and a Christian-style wedding, Ira and Nupur also hosted a pajama party where every guest at their celebrations could let loose.

And needless to say, that’s what seems to have happened! In a video which was shared by the wedding planners of the Ira Khan – Nupur Shikhare wedding, social media users got a glimpse of the pajama party and we must say it was all about candor and comfort. The guests were seen enjoying the bash by dancing, singing, and thoroughly enjoying themselves along with the bride and groom. Unlike other bashes, this one was much more informal where the guests happily mingled and were seen dancing like no one is watching. In fact, the candidness of it seems to have won the hearts of many netizens. “This is real celebration!!! just loved ones around with comfort and simplicity,” commented one of them whereas another one complimented it saying, “So cute”.

The pajama party was attended by the guests who were a part of the couple’s wedding celebrations in Udaipur. In a video which was posted earlier by one of the guests at the bash, Nupur was also seen dancing to the iconic ‘Lungi dance’ number from the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chennai Express.

For the unversed, Ira Khan is the daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta whereas Nupur Shikhare is a fitness trainer, who has worked with multiple celebrities in Bollywood and Marathi film industry. The couple is expected to have met during the lockdown and fallen in love.
