Aayush Sharma opens up about the firing incident outside his brother-in-law Salman Khan’s residence; says, “We all as a family stand together”

We have time and again seen how Salman Khan and his family have stayed united in the toughest times and it is no different right now, after the actor was attacked at his residence. For the unversed, two bikers fired bullets outside the superstar’s residence in Bandra and while the investigation is in process and the arrests too have been made, however the threats continue to loom over the family because of some gangsters names involved in the shooting. Aayush Sharma, who is married to Salman’s sister Arpita Khan, recently showcased his solidarity and love for the family and asserted on how he is standing together with them.

Aayush Sharma is currently in the midst of promoting his action drama Ruslaan and during the same, he was seen speaking to ANI about the shooting incident at Galaxy Apartments and said, "We are his family. It is a tough time for us. And we all as a family stand together." He further refrained from making any detailed statement and added, "I believe that at this point of time, it will not be appropriate for me to give any statement or comment because it is a grave situation. A competent Mumbai Police has done a great job in doing what they're doing, and the matter is still under investigation. So, at this stage, I would just say thank you, to everybody who has sent their love and prayers, that means a lot. And as you all know he's (Salman) back to work so am I.”

After the incident, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, visited the actor’s residence and assured his support to Khan and his family. Many of the actor’s friends from the industry also met up with Salman Khan in order to showcase their love and concern for the superstar.

Meanwhile, speaking of Aayush Sharma, he will be returning to the theatres after Antim: The Final Truth in 2021. The actor will be seen alongside Sushrii Mishraa, Vidya Malavade, and Jagapati Babu in Ruslaan, which is slated for release on April 26.
