The win over GT was particularly significant for PBKS as it marked the highest successful run chase in the ongoing IPL 2024 season. All-rounder Shashank Singh emerged as the unlikely hero for the team, scoring a match-winning unbeaten knock of 61 runs off just 29 balls. His crucial innings, along with a valuable contribution from Ashutosh Sharma steered PBKS to victory despite a shaky start to their chase.

As Shashank struck the winning runs, the Bollywood diva’s enthusiastic reaction from the stands was captured on camera. The clip, along with the picture featuring Zinta, Dhawan, and Gill, has been widely shared by fans.
