Rakhi Sawant opens up about undergoing surgery after being diagnosed with tumor; says, “I’ll come back and dance and sing”

Rakhi Sawant, who is known to make news, recently gave her pap friends a shock when she fainted and was rushed to the hospital by her former husband Ritesh Raj Singh. The actress-dancer, since then has been admitted, and recently she revealed that she was diagnosed with tumor. While Ritesh has stated that Rakhi is currently undergoing tests to determine if the tumor is malignant, the actress-dancer continues to maintain a positive mindset as she has pacified her concerned fans with the promise that she will soon be back in form, all set to entertain them.

Clarifying on the rumours that she has been faking it, Rakhi Sawant revealed to ETimes that a tumor has been found. Elaborating on the same, Sawant said, “I’ve a 10 cm tumour and will be undergoing surgery on Saturday. I am not able to talk much about my health, but Ritesh will keep you all updated about my condition. He will inform everyone about the hospital also. I will show the tumour, once the surgery is done. I had to be admitted because, before the surgery, things needed to be brought under control like blood pressure and all. I don’t know the exact details as I am not a doctor, I’m an actor.”

Furthermore, she also went on to assert to her fans that she will ne fine soon. ““I am a fighter and I’ll come back, nothing will happen to me. Chota sa tumor hi toh hai nikal jaayega (It’s a small tumour, it will go away). I’ll come back and dance and sing. I’ll entertain people again. I had no idea that there was a tumour, I was dancing in the towel and when I returned home I fainted. Ritesh ji rushed me to the hospital. After all the reports it was found I have a tumor. But I know I’ll be back to entertain everyone,” she added.

On the other hand, Rakhi Sawant’s second former husband Adil Khan continued to insist that the actress is faking it to avoid police arrest. However, Rakhi’s lawyer, on Thursday, quashed these rumours asserting that they are moving the court against the allegations thrown towards Sawant.
