Seated on the floor with knees bent and feet slightly wider than hip-width apart. Upper back resting on the edge of a weight bench. Holding a barbell loaded with weights across her hips. Squeezing the glutes, she presses the barbell upwards until her hips are aligned with her shoulders and knees.

The Dear Zindagi actress performed the exercise with focused repetitions, highlighting the importance of proper form and technique.
