Disha Patani reveals fitness and skincare secrets in exclusive interview with Gazia India

Disha Patani, the Bollywood sensation known for her fitness and flawless skin, recently shared insights into her workout regimen and skincare routine in an exclusive interview with Gazia India. The actress, known for her commitment to fitness and natural beauty, revealed the routines that help her keep her amazing shape and bright complexion.

During the interview, Patani discussed her rigorous workout routine, emphasizing the importance of consistency and discipline in achieving her fitness goals. She revealed that her morning routine starts with drinking a lot of water and work out. Her current fitness routine includes a combination of cardio and weight training.

In addition to her breakfast meal, she said, “I usually eat eggs, egg toast, egg rice, something simple.”

Describing about her favourite part of getting ready, she said, “Usually I’m always in my track pants. I’m always just very chill. So I like the fact that I’m getting ready, going out and putting some efforts. I like that.”

Switching gears to skincare, the actress shared her personal skincare secrets for maintaining glowing skin despite a hectic schedule. She also revealed her preference for products which includes, moisturizer, oil, eye cream, lip balm, hyloronic acid, as a mandatory part of her daily skincare routine.

She also stated working out and also spending time alone is the self care practices she can’t live without.

On the work front, Disha has signed up to star in her Tamil debut film Kanguva, which would She will also appear in the multilingual Kalki 2898 AD, co-starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone, as well as the ensemble comedy sequel Welcome to the Jungle.
