Hina Khan overwhelmed by fans support amid breast cancer battle: "I have no idea what I did to deserve it”

Actress Hina Khan, who recently opened up about her stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis, has expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming love and support she's received from her fans.

Outpouring of Love and Prayers Taking to Instagram in the early hours of Friday, Hina shared a heartfelt message acknowledging the incredible outpouring of support. She revealed that people from all walks of life have reached out to her since she made her diagnosis public.

"I have no idea what I did to deserve it," Hina wrote, overwhelmed by the kindness. "Your kindness truly makes my heart overflow with emotions. The support I've received from those who've been on this journey before me is beyond incredible and deeply touching. How can I ever repay the kindness, grace, support, and love from all you amazing fans and supporters," she expressed.

Fans Take Initiative for Hina's Well-Being Hina went on to detail the various ways fans have shown their support. "To all my amazing, wonderful fans—seriously, I can't thank you enough," she wrote. "Some went to Dargahs and have kept Rozas (fasts) for me. Some kept Vrats (religious vows) for my wellbeing and have taken Mannats (wishes). Sent me zamzam (holy water)... Did Havans (fire rituals) and Poojas (prayers). You've been going to your places of worship, praying for me, and even sending me videos and pictures from these special moments. Some of you have even gone to the biggest temples and dargah's in the country for me. Those heart touching videos ufffff — where you've cried your heart out for my sake and for my suffering is beyond comprehension."

Hina's Promise to Fight Previously, Hina had vowed to fight cancer head-on and emerge stronger. She shared a video documenting herself chopping off her hair before starting chemotherapy. "I choose to win. I have decided to give myself every chance possible to win this battle. I choose to let go of my beautiful hair before it starts falling off," she wrote in a powerful message.
