The actor revealed that the pandemic-induced lockdown gave him ample time for introspection, leading to this decision. A Platform for New Talent Aamir Khan's vision extends beyond acting. He aims to become a catalyst for new talent in the industry. "I thought that I could do one film a year as an actor, but as a producer, I can produce many more films. I want to give a platform to new writers, directors, and everyone involved in the process," he explained. Laapataa Ladies is the first step in this direction, with Aamir hoping to produce four to five films annually.
