Sobhita Dhulipala meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gifts Kondapalli Doll and honours ANR’s legacy

Sobhita Dhulipala, who recently tied the knot with Naga Chaitanya, joined the Akkineni family, including Nagarjuna, in meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Parliament House. Sharing a picture from the meeting on Instagram, Sobhita expressed her gratitude. Sobhita, alongside the Akkineni family, presented the Prime Minister with Akkineni Ka Virat Vyaktitva by Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, a tribute to Akkineni Nageswara Rao. She acknowledged PM Modi’s recognition of ANR garu’s cinematic legacy, considering it an affirmation for their family, fans, and Indian movie lovers.

Sobhita Dhulipala’s post highlighted her gifting Kondapalli Bommalu (dancing dolls) to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She shared how the dolls brought back childhood memories of her grandparents’ home in Tenali. Sobhita was delighted by PM Modi’s fascination with the gift and his deep knowledge of this traditional Andhra Pradesh handicraft, making the moment even more meaningful and special for her.
