Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par, a spiritual successor to Taare Zameen Par (2007), has finally hit theatres. The film had been highly anticipated, promising another heartwarming and uplifting tale, this time featuring 10 fresh new faces making their big-screen debut. With a trailer that struck an emotional chord and songs that became instant favourites, audiences were eager to experience the film on the big screen. And now, as the film opens to a thunderous response across cinemas, Aamir Khan and the cast had a delightful surprise in store for fans.

Yes, Aamir Khan and the debutant cast of Sitaare Zameen Par made a surprise visit to theatres screening the film, leaving fans absolutely elated. In a video shared by the makers of the film looks electric, filled with cheers, applause, and heartfelt moments. The video also features Aamir's girlfriend, Gauri Spratt.

The lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, and the music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The screenplay is written By Divy Nidhi Sharma. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with Ravi Bhagchandka as the producer. Directed by R. S. Prasanna, the film released in theatres on 20th June, 2025.
