While Shriya did not reveal details about her role, reports suggest that she will be seen in a strong and pivotal part that brings emotional depth to the story. Sources close to the production have hinted that her character could play a key role in shaping the narrative, adding a fresh perspective to Priyadarshan’s gripping world of action and drama.

Haiwaan, which translates to “beast” in English, marks the first collaboration between Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar, and Saif Ali Khan since their 2007 hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa. The film promises a thrilling storyline infused with Priyadarshan’s signature blend of intensity and emotion.

Written by Rohan Shankar — known for penning the 2025 musical drama Saiyaara — Haiwaan is reportedly the official Hindi remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Oppam. The film’s cinematography is being handled by Divakar Mani, ensuring a visually immersive experience that complements the gripping plot.

With an ensemble cast featuring some of Bollywood’s finest talents, Haiwaan is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated thrillers of 2026. Shriya Pilgaonkar’s wrap-up post has only added to the excitement, as fans eagerly await to see what this powerful combination of actors and storytellers brings to the big screen.
